Advanced care workshop planned

CONCORD — Concord Place Assisted Living Center and Hospice & amp; Palliative Care of Cabarrus County will co-host a free Advanced Care Planning Workshop on Jan. 8, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Concord Place Assisted Living Center, 2452 Rock Hill Church Road.
Notaries public will be present, and no fee will be charged. To register for this workshop, call Hospice & amp; Palliative Care, 704-935-9434, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Snow date: Jan. 29.
