Woman faces multiple charges

Crystal Wetherbee, 29, 404 Mable Ave., Kannapolis; failure to appear on charges of probation violation, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, financial card theft and fraud, misdemeanor larceny, felony larceny, driving while impaired, hit and run, failure to stop for property damage and possession of cocaine.

* Durrell Hibbert, 22, 977 St. John’s Place, Brooklyn; felony larceny, possession of stolen goods, and resist, obstruct and delay.

* Gerald Jarvis, 40, 2138 Hopedale St., Kannapolis; traffic violation.

* Gerardo Ortiz, 21, 1405 Horizon Court, Concord; traffic and drug violations, driving while impaired and possessing/concealing weapons.

* Thomas Cumberlander, 42, 115 Dallas Ave., Kannapolis; located state/wanted person, and two counts, possessing/concealing weapons.

* Enil Martinez, 30, 1900 Duke Adams St., Kannapolis; loud music violation.

* Joe Smith, 47, 1205 S. Downing St., High Point; traffic and weapons violations and driving while impaired.

* John Shepard, 66, 923 N. Second St., Albemarle; criminal damage to property.

* Tonya Clark, 21, 407 Bethpage Road, Kannapolis; parole and probation violations.
