SPENCER ó Spencer’s first Hometown Holidays Christmas decorations competition was judged this past Saturday. Winners included:

– Third place: 507 Fourth St., John and Terri Teague
– Fourth place: 330 Steeplechase Trail, Kelly and Carol Everhart.
