Wake Forest graduate
Ashley Christine Graham is a May graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem. She received a bachelor of arts degree with a political science major and minors in women’s and gender studies and international studies.
A finalist for “Senior Orations,” Graham presented a lecture at the 2007 Politics, Problems and Practices of Citizenship symposium. Her senior theses and research was titled “The Development of Women in the Military of the Republic of Turkey” and “Child Soldiers in Angola.”
A 2004 graduate of West Rowan High School, she plans to pursue a degree in business at Catawba College.
Her parents are Gary and Angela Graham of Salisbury.
