The Rowan County Veterans Service office has moved from the Cohen Administration Building on Innes Street to the Rufty Holmes Senior Center, 1120 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.The move is expected to improve parking and accessibility for veterans.
Elaine C. Howle, county veterans service officer, noted that walk-ins are welcome. No appointment is required.
