– The youth of Jackson Park United Methodist will present a special Easter event Friday.”Journey to the Cross” will take place from 5 to 8 p.m., and the community is invited to visit the church at any point during those three hours to meditate on the events of Jesus’ final days as the youth go through the stations of Jesus’ Journey to the Cross.
Enter through the gymnasium on Mable Avenue to begin the journey. Visitors can expect to spend approximately one hour but are free to take all the time they want for the journey, meditation or prayer.
