Silver alert issued

RALEIGH – The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Livest Leon Melvin.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Livest Leon Melvin, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Livest Leon Melvin should call Det. K. Berg at the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-433-1856.
Gender: Male; DOB: 09/24/1949; Age: 58; Race: Black; Height: 5′ 11″; Weight: 190 pounds
Hair Color: Gray; Hair Length: Short; Eye Color: Brown
Clothing Description:
It is not known what Mr. Melvin had on when he left but he usually wears blue jeans, red sneakers and sweatshirts
