Silver alert issued for Hamlet woman

RALEIGH ó The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, Ruby Knight Caulk.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Ruby Knight Caulk, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Ruby Knight Caulk should call Lt. Water at the Hamlet Police Department at 910-582-2551.
Ruby Knight Caulk is 83 years old, 5 feet 6 inches, 120 pounds, with short brown hair and green eyes.
It was unknown what she was wearing. Her direction of travel and destination are unknown, but she was driving a 1998 Buick LeSabre, N.C. license plate number: XNY-4400.
