RALEIGH 10:14 PM 06/02/08 — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Jack Taylor, Jr..

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Jack Taylor, Jr., who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
