Residents can donate school supplies Saturday by leaving items at their residential mail boxes.
U.S. Postal Service mail carriers will collect the items Saturday for the School Tools campaign.
School Tools operates in 22 counties, including Rowan and Cabarrus.
School Tools is a collaboration between Communities in Schools, Classroom Central and WSOC-TV. This is the program’s 12th annual school-supply drive.
