Salisbury Academy, 2210 N. Jake Alexander Blvd., will hold an open house from 2-4 p.m. Jan. 28.

Tommy Hudgins, interim head of school, will talk about “Independent Schools” from 2-2:30 p.m. Information on readiness and the Core Knowledge Sequence will also be available. Childcare provided.

Salisbury Academy is an independent school for junior kindergarten through eighth grade. Applications are being accepted for the 2007-08 school year.
