Kannapolis ó Rogers Lake Road in Kannapolis will be closed on July 31 at 8 a.m. to convert traffic to the new alignment of Rogers Lake Road.
The closure will be in effect for 21 days and the road should re-open on or before Aug. 21.
Detour signs will be installed at Klondale Avenue and Mooresville Road to begin the detour and route traffic accordingly. Local traffic only will be able to access areas beyond the designated detour routes.
