Lt. Gov. candidate to visit Rowan Dems
Rep. Hampton Dellinger, a candidate for lieutenant governor, will be the featured speaker at a meeting Thursday of the Rowan County Democratic Party.
Dellinger, a former deputy attorney general and chief legal counsel to Gov. Mike Easley, is one of three candidates seeking the Democratic nomination.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in the J. Newton Cohen Sr. Meeting Room of the County Administrative Offices Building at 230 W. Innes St.
