The historic Joseph Charles Price High School National Reunion will be held June 21-22.
Alumni are expected to come to Salisbury from across the country. Classes will celebrate 40,50 and 60 years since their graduation. Most activities will take place at the Holiday Inn. Registration will take place at noon in the hotel foyer on Friday, June 20.
The hospitality suite will be open at scheduled hours. The traditional down home fish fry will be prepared by the Cancer Club and is to begin after 2 p.m. Purchases can be made on site at the shelter in back of the Holiday Inn.
On Saturday, June 21, the prayer breakfast will be at 9 a.m. with speaker Thomas L. Morgan of the Class of ’59. There will be a general alumni meeting following the prayer breakfast.
The Scholarship Luncheon will be at 2:30 p.m. and the Red and Black Dance will begin at 8 p.m., featuring music by Moecom.net. For more details call coordinator Iler Davis at 704-636-5003; to buy tickets to these events call Carolyn Williams at 704-633-7162.
