Enochville firefighters responded to a mobile home fire Friday night.
Firefighters reported finding a working fire around10:20 p.m. at the home at 9201 Oakridge Drive, a short distance off Enochville School Road. China Grove firefighters and Rowan Rescue Squad members were on the scene, which was down a narrow private driveway.
According to emergency radio traffic, firefighters were dealing with limited access to the site.
The resident of the mobile home was apparently uninjured. Radio traffic reported he was walking to the fire department.
No other information was available.
Earlier in the evening, Locke firefighters responded to a fire in an outbuilding near the intersection of Hurley School and Sherrills Ford roads.
