A Concord man was placed under $30,000 secured bond Tuesday after being charged with taking indecent liberties with a child and first-degree sexual offense with a child.
Christopher Santez Walls, 18, was scheduled for a first-appearance hearing in Rowan County District Court on Thursday, according to arrest reports. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Tuesday in Rowan County.
Officer C. Mauldin of the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department was the arresting officer.
