Brian Andrew Messenger, 2115 Englewood St., Kannapolis, was arrested Monday and charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a student.
The charge stems from an incident involving a student at Jesse C. Carson High School, according to arrest reports at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office.
Messenger was released from the Rowan County Detention Center after posting $2,500 bond. His first court appearance is set for Wednesday, according to the reports.
