Man charged with financial card theft

A Salisbury man previously charged with stealing copper now faces 10 counts of financial card theft.
James Fulcher Krimminger, 27, streets of Salisbury, is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under $150,000 bond.
According to warrants, Krimminger used credit cards issued to other people to obtain goods. Most of the transactions occurred in late March.
He is scheduled to appear in Rowan District Court today.
In November, Krimminger was charged with the theft of copper guttering from the Rowan Public Library.
