The Salisbury Civic Center took on a distinctly Hispanic flavor Sunday during the fourth annual La Fiesta de Rowan. Sponsored by the Hispanic Coalition, the event shares aspects of Hispanic culture with the community at large while also helping Hispanics to connect with one another, as well as with local organizations. It showcases Spanish food, performances of music and dance, and activities for children.
