Groundbreaking at Cabarrus commercial park is Thursday
Keith Wayne Co. will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday for the Wayne Brothers, Inc. headquarters, the first building in the planned 75-acre Concrescere Corporate Park
The development, located in western Cabarrus County, will include professional and retail space, a press release said.
The groundbreaking will be at 5350 Davidson Road. It will begin at 10 a.m.
