Village Park shelter, playground closed
KANNAPOLIS ó The Village Park playground and shelter area will be closed from Monday until Thursday because of sidewalk work related to park improvements.
This work is being done in conjunction with preparing the Rotary Express Train for its grand opening in mid-May.
More details about the Rotary Express opening, including the date, will be announced later this month.
