Imaging center proposed for Salisbury
Another project being proposed by CMC-NorthEast is a new Southern Piedmont Imaging free-standing diagnostic center in Salisbury.
Projected to cost almost $3.4 million, the certificate of need application submitted to the N.C. Division of Health Service Regulation includes a 5,300-square-foot imaging center to be located in Pinnacle Office Park at 340 Jake Alexander Blvd. Southern Piedmont Imaging is owned by CMC-NorthEast.
The application calls for the center to include CT, X-ray and digital mammography services. If approved by the N.C. Division of Health Service Regulation, the diagnostic center would be open by Jan. 1, 20ll.
