The Salisbury Historic Preservation Commission will meet Thursday to consider exterior changes to two buildings at 428 N. Main St.
J.C. Harris Holdings is the owner of the property. Attorney Jay Dees is serving as the agent, according to the application for a certificate of appropriateness.
The commission meets at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall, 217 S. Main St.
