High water at High Rock

Recent rains and open gates on the dam have caused water on the Tuckertown Reservoir to come out of its banks at the Yadkin Inc. recreational picnic area below the High Rock dam. The area is a flood plain and no damage from the water is expected. However, much debris from trees is washed into piles along the banks.
