Hefner VA Medical Center receives grant
Hefner VA Medical Center has received a $2,282.80 grant from the Rowan/Mooresville USBC Association.
The association is the local representative of Bowlers to Veterans Link, a national charity representing the sport of bowling.
The grant is to support recreational programs and therapies for veterans recuperating at the hospital. Donna Williamson, vice president, and Annette Vanhoy, association manager, made the presentation.
