Forum Oct. 23 at Catawba
Candidates for the Board of County Commissioners are scheduled to appear in a forum Oct. 23 at Catawba College sponsored by the college, the Salisbury Post and the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce. The forum is takes place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Hedrick Little Theatre.
