Forsyth Tech graduate
Tammy Lester Woods is a May 8 graduate of Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem with an associate degree in nursing.
A member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success, Woods is a 1981 graduate of East Rowan High School. She earned a certificate in child care specialist and early childhood administrators advanced from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in 2006.
She is the owner/operator of Precious Moments Child Care. She has also accepted a position as a registered nurse with Forsyth Medical Center’s Mother/Baby Unit.
She is married to Michael Woods of Salisbury and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Corpening.
