Faithful Friends Pick of the Litter yard sale
Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary will hold its annual Pick of the Litter yard sale at Spencer Plaza parking lot on Saturday.
The event lasts from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., according to Anne Ingram, leader of the group.
Last year the event brought in more than $2,200 to use toward construction of a no-kill sanctuary for abused and abandoned animals in Rowan County.
This year’s event will be even bigger, Ingram said, thanks to generous donations from the community. “Our storage area was full by the second day of donation drop-offs,” Ingram said.
