Students and graduates of the accounting program at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College may be eligible for a scholarship to cover the application fee for the N.C. Certified Public Accountancy Examination. Those who meet eligibility requirements to sit for the exam on or before Dec. 31 and take the exam within six months of their application can apply. The scholarship will cover all expenses providing all parts of the exam are taken in the first sitting.
A resume, including dates of RCCC attendance and qualifications to take the N.C. CPA exam should be submitted to Robin Tuner at RCCC no later than Nov. 7. A committee will select the recipient. Candidates will be contacted by Nov. 21, in time to apply by Dec. 31.
