Drug chargesEAST SPENCER ó Rowan Sheriff’s deputies have charged an East Spencer man with multiple drug counts involving marijuana.
Wayne Sewart, 34, of 404 Miller Ave., faces charges of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute, conspiracy to sell marijuana, and sale and delivery.
According to information on the warrant, the charges involve 854 grams of marijuana.
Stewart is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Rowan District Court on Monday.
