The head of the Hillary Clinton for President organization will be in Salisbury on Thursday as part of a campaign to encourage early voting.
Terry McAuliffe, national chairman of the the Clinton campaign, is scheduled to be at the Rowan County Board of Elections Office at 1 p.m. The office is located on the first floor of the County Administrative Offices at 130 W. Innes St.
McAuliffe served as chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 2001to 2005.
