Clarification
– Kay Hagans, candidate for the U.S. Senate, will speak at 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the Juneteenth Festival at Kelsey Scott Park. In addition, D.J. Majesty Entertainment and son Dra will provide music throughout the day.
