CHINA GROVE ó Aldermen will discuss a parking lot and buying a new server during a meeting at 7 p.m. today.
The board has discussed the planned parking lot over the past couple of years after buying property near the Little League Field.
David Ketner, public works director, will present prices to the board on grading, spreading gravel and possibly paving.
Mary Jo Bopp, finance director, will give the board quotes on the cost to replace the server that handles the town’s billing and other financial operations.
Bopp said last week that the server is so old it’s difficult to get parts and it has already crashed once.
The board will also hear public comment and consider other business.
