5K Friday
The China Grove 5K Main Street Challenge will be held Friday at 9 p.m., preceded by a half-mile fun run at 8:30 p.m.
Runners register for the race at the China Grove Police and Fire Station, 333 N. Main St.
Race-day registration is $25 for the 5K and $10 for the fun run. Proceeds benefit the YMCA Invest in Youth Program.
Refreshments, door prizes and awards will be given. The first 300 runners get Dri-Fit Technical T-shirts.
