CONCORD ó The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred early Monday on Flowes Store Road.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 2:53 a.m. in which a resident at 4115 Flowes Store Road said a person had been shot.
Cabarrus County EMS personnel and Sheriff’s deputies found the gunshot-wound victim conscious and breathing when they arrived. The victim was taken to Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast for treatment.
Investigators ask anyone who heard gunshots or has information about suspicious vehicles or people in the Flowes Store Road area of Cabarrus County in the early morning hours Monday to call Cabarrus Area Crime Stoppers at 704-93-CRIME (932-7463).
