CONCORD ó A 14-year-old girl has been missing since Feb. 14, and Cabarrus County Sheriff’s detectives believe she could be staying with a 25-year-old man in the Salisbury or Cornelius area.
Cabarrus Sheriff’s officials issued the alert for Jessica Lee Bazan on Thursday afternoon and released a picture of the teen.
Officials described Jessica as a white/Hispanic female, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and about 250 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, wears glasses and has piercings in her lip and nose.
Her family last saw Jessica on Feb. 14 and reported her missing March 4.
She may be accompanied by Miguel Solano Ramos, 25, who officials describe as a Hispanic man, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and about 140 pounds.
“Both Jessica Bazan and Miguel Ramos are believed to be in the Salisbury or Cornelius area,” the Sheriff’s Office release says. Jessica has been seen driving a black, 1996 Honda Accord, N.C. license No. WVT-5634.
The teenager speaks fluent Spanish and English “and can speak with a heavy Hispanic accent.”
