Medication valued at $600 has been stolen from a resident at a Mooresville assisted living facility, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.
The medication was taken the night of April 10 at Deal Care Inn, 1075 Deal Road, Mooresville, from Bernice Ross Hosch of Shelby.

– Roger Allen Wilson, 1615 Holshouser Road, Rockwell, reported the theft of a $200 chain saw from his garage the night of April 15.
– Alicia Michelle Kennedy reported her pocketbook containing $700 cash was stolen from a vehicle parked at 275 Sloop St., China Grove, the night of April 15.
– Shae James of Mocksville reported the theft of a $4,000 riding mower from 560 Erwin Temple Church Road, Woodleaf.
– Lesia Hyde Caldwell, 320 Swink Ave., reported two guns valued at $500 were stolen during an April 16 break-in at her home.
– Timothy James Nichols reported an Apple Ipod stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at 215 Sloop St., China Grove, the night of April 15.
– Paul James Birkheard, 132 Bramblewood Drive, reported wicker furniture valued at $200 stolen from his home April 15 or 16.
– Katherine Reynolds, 160 Ellis Loop, reported electronic items valued at $310 stolen during an April 16 burglary at her home.
– Eric Walker, 503 Cal Miller Road, Rockwell, reported someone entered two vehicles parked at his home April 16, but only got $6 from the ash tray in one of them.
– Linda H. Porter, 2125 Mary St., China Grove, reported cash stolen during an April 16 break-in at her home.
– Jessie Edward Cousins, 26, was charged April 15 with being a habitual felon.
– Gaylor Henderson Rattz, 38, was charged April 15 with communicating threats at 730 St. Peter’s Church Road, Gold Hill.
– Daniel Ray Everhart, 21, was charged April 16 with injury to personal property at 135 Autumn Glenn Drive, Rockwell.
– Jennifer Walters Buchanan, 34, was charged April 16 with second-degree trespassing at 135 O’Leary Court.
– Robert Bruce Hickman, 43, was charged April 16 with communicating threats at 200 Castlewood Drive.
– Tonya Fowler Rodriguez, 35, was charged April 16 with a compulsory school attendance law violation.
– Brian Arness Mishak, 51, was charged April 16 with felony breaking and entering a building.
