Concord Police Department investigators have arrested a suspect in the sexual assault of an 8-year-old at the Wal-Mart restroom.
Dennis Erik William Becker, 41, was charged today with one count of first degree statutory sexual offense and one count of second degree kidnapping. Becker’s address is listed as 387 Cameron Drive in Concord.
The incident in Concord happened Sunday evening.
