Adrienne Booth Johnson to give keynote address at Livingstone's honors convocation

Adrienne Booth Johnson, a motivational speaker and an executive with Coca-Cola, will be the keynote speaker for the 2008 S. E. Duncan Honors Convocation at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Varick Auditorium at Livingstone College.
A graduate of the University of Louisville’s School of Business, Johnson shows audiences how to capture leadership potential at all levels and inspires them to strive for excellence and greatness by unleashing their power from within.She has more than 19 years of experience with Coca-Cola, joining the company in May 1988 as a key account manager in Washington, DC. She was promoted to manager of community relations for the United States and relocated to Atlanta and then was appointed director of public affairs in Detroit, Mich. She moved to Fayetteville as market development manager for the Coca-Cola Company prior to returning to Atlanta as a national account executive.
She recently accepted the position as multicultural brand manager specializing in the African-American consumers in the Greater Southeast Region for the Coca-Cola Company based in Atlanta.
A charismatic speaker, she has delivered hundreds of lectures, seminars and keynote speeches on college campuses, at major corporations and for nonprofit organizations. She is an international missionary for God and works with ministers, women and children from Zulu tribes in rural villages of Durban, South Africa. She has traveled to South Africa every year for the past six years to provide support and encouragement to the people of South Africa.
