More crafts, more food, more rides and most likely more hot temperatures are on the schedule.
The daylong festival on July 19 will have have a bigger farmers market with fresh local produce.
“Farmers Market will be twice the size with a whole lot more produce,” said Lee Withers, chairman of the Farmers Day committee.
More area farmers and the Future Farmers of America clubs at the area high schools will be participating.
Continuing to put the farmer back in Farmers Day, the antique tractor display will be greatly expanded.
There will also be more rides for children.
Main Street will be filled with vendors including crafts and food.
To honor the nation’s military, Farmers Day will have a large display from the National Guard.
Most of the vendor space along Main Street is already filled up. A few spaces remain along Main Street and also in the Farmers Market.
