Lunch events at CarillonCarillon Assisted Living of Salisbury will host a “Hot Dog for Dads” event from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The Father’s Day weekend event is for fathers of all ages and their families. Hot dogs, chili, baked beans, cole slaw, chips and drinks will be served. Lunch is free of charge, but RSVPs would be appreciated. Contact Suzanne Rose or Octavia Wilson at 704-633-4666 for more information.
Carillon is also hosting a free luncheon on Wednesday, June 20, for all Rowan County retired teachers, teacher assistants and administrators. This will be the first luncheon honoring retired educators and will be held quarterly. Guest speakers and programs are planned for the future.
