Brandon Warren Bullock, 17, 815 S. Jackson St., was charged June 21 with uttering a forged instrument at F&M Bank on June 15. He is accused of stealing the check from Jason Randy Kluttz, 100 Allen Lane. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a July 25 trial date.In other Salisbury Police reports:
– Tavaris Rahaan Ferrell, 20, 509 Grove St., was charged June 21 with using a telephone to threaten bodily harm based on a complaint by Kaylan Leonard of Wilmington. Trial date is July 31 in New Hanover District Court in Wilmington.
– David Lee Pethel, 44, 226 N. Long St., was charged June 21 with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle at Rowan Public Library, 201 W. Fisher St. He was held under $20,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Bobby Leon Tart, 26, was charged June 21 with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle.
– David Lee Arey, 29, was charged June 21 with carrying concealed weapons at 612 S. Main St.
– K’wamane Hoover, 16, was charged June 22 with felony breaking and entering a building at 714 S. Main St.
