High Point graduate
Justin Michael Pinyan graduated May 5 from High Point University with a bachelor of arts degree in sport management with minors in business and history.
At High Point, Pinyan was a Millis Scholar Athlete and Big South Presidential Honor Roll recipient. He was the catcher for the university’s baseball team all four years.
He is employed by UPS and is a catching coach and recruiter for High Point University’s baseball team.
A 2002 graduate of South Rowan High School, he is the son of Rick and Debbie Pinyan of China Grove.
