A Salisbury man was found dead in the street early Tuesday.
Police say an autopsy revealed that Alvin Norvell Brown, 29, of 309 W. Henderson St., Apt. 11, died of natural causes.
Officers were alerted to the situation about 3 a.m. when they received a call about someone being passed out in the street near the intersection of North Main and 12th streets.Brown was dead when officers arrived. There was no indication he’d been drinking. An autopsy was performed at the N.C. Medical Examiner’s Office in Chapel Hill.
