– Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia ó Fucha Timothy Moua, two charges, one year probation in both cases to be served in Stanly County, court cost each case, $600 SBI lab fees CAAF.
– Misdemeanor maintaining vehicle, dwelling, place for controlled substance ó Joshua Dale Owens, also misdemeanor possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, 45 days, suspended, 12 months probation, substance abuse assessment and participate in recommended treatment, warrantless searches, body testing, $200 fine, court cost, $300 SBI lab fees, contraband to be destroyed, guns may be returned to rightful owner, money seized to be forfeited to Rowan-Salisbury Schools, also misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, VD.
– Driving while impaired ó Bobby John Reynolds, 18 months, suspended, 24 months probation to be served in Cabarrus County, special probation of 30 days in jail, jail credit, body testing, $1,000 fine, court cost, CAAF; John Michael Sheehan, appeal dismissed.
– Felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict serious injury ó Jacobo Velasquez Rodriquez, 73-97 months, jail credit, restitution, CAAF, no contact with victim or minor child of the parties, evidence to be destroyed, also felony attempted first-degree murder, VD.
– Misdemeanor possession of between and 1 ounces of marijuana ó Kathie Lynn Segraves, also possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months probation, substance abuse assessment and abide by counseling and treatment, 48 hours CSW, $100 fine, court cost, $300 SBI lab fees, credit for amounts paid by co-defendants.
– Felony second-degree burglary ó Joshua Lee Settlemyer, 12-15 months, jail credit, restitution, CAAF, substance abuse assessment.
– Felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana ó Robbie Elaine Smith, 5-6 months, suspended, two years probation, substance abuse assessment and participate in recommended treatment, warrantless searches, body testing, $200 fine, court cost, CAAF, $300 SBI lab fees jointly with co-defendant.
– Felony failure to register as sex offender ó Derrick Wayne Zito, also habitual felon and failure to reduce speed, 70-93 months, jail credit, CAAF, NA, also driving while license revoked, possessing/displaying fictitious, cancelled, revoked registration card/tag, operating vehicle with no insurance, possession of between and 1 ounces of marijuana and resisting public officer, VD in all cases.
– Driving while license revoked ó Eric Carpenter Johnson, 120 days, suspended, 24 months probation, $500 fine, court cost, also giving fictitious information to officer, 60 days at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 24 months probation, same terms and conditions.
