– Misdemeanor possession of between and 1 ounces of marijuana ó Kathie Lynn Segraves, also possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months probation, substance abuse assessment and abide by counseling and treatment, 48 hours CSW, $100 fine, court cost, $300 SBI lab fees, credit for amounts paid by co-defendants.
