– Felony indecent liberties with child ó Calvin Eugene Casper, 16-20 months, suspended, five years probation, abide by conditions of sex offender control program, $300 fine, court cost, obtain evaluation, counseling and treatment for sex offenders, not communicate in any way with minor child, register as sex offender and maintain registration, not live in house with any minor child, live in home approved by probation officer, curfew, DNA sample.
– Felony attempting to traffic in opium or heroin ó six charges, 13-16 months in two cases, suspended, two years probation including six months intensive probation and curfew, 72 hours CSW, $200 fine, court cost, $600 SBI lab fees, substance abuse assessment and participate in any treatment recommended, warrantless searches, body testing, $225 to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office special drug fund, DNA sample, contraband to be destroyed, 13-16 months in two more cases at expiration of first sentence, suspended, two years probation including six months intensive probation to run concurrently with first judgment, same terms and conditions, 13-16 months in last two cases at expiration of second sentence, suspended, two years probation including six months intensive probation to run concurrently with first judgment, same terms and conditions.
– Felony possession of firearm by felon ó Cherelle Janae Chawlk, also unauthorized use of motor vehicle, false report to police station and felony forgery of instrument, 12-15 months, jail credit, CAAF, restitution a condition of work release, firearm to be destroyed, also felony uttering forged instrument, VD.
– Driving while impaired ó James Aaron Coleman, also driving while license revoked, following too closely and possession of drug paraphernalia, order of remand in all cases; Clinton Daniel Helms, order of remand.
– Felony trafficking in opium or heroin ó Christopher James Dennis, two charges, also felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver Schedule III controlled substance and two charges felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver Schedule II controlled substance, 70-84 months, jail credit, $50,000 fine, CAAF, SBI lab fees, substance abuse treatment, work release recommended, contraband to be destroyed.
– Driving while license revoked ó Terry Wayne Dillard, order or remand.
– Felony forgery of instrument ó Randy Richard Gobble Jr., six charges, 6-8 months, suspended, two years probation including six months intensive probation and curfew, 72 hours CSW, restitution to F&M Bank, substance abuse assessment and participate in any recommended treatment, body testing, warrantless searches, $100 fine, court cost, DNA sample, also five charges felony uttering a forged instrument, VD in all cases.
– Felony common law robbery ó Daniel A. Harrington, 16-20 months, jail credit, CAAF, work release recommended.
– Felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine ó Andre Howell, 6-8 months to run concurrently with sentence he’s presently serving, CAAF.
– Felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle ó Crystal Ann G. Knight, two charges, also two charges misdemeanor larceny, 6-8 months, suspended, 24 months probation including six months intensive probation and curfew, special probation of 45 days in jail, restitution with co-defendant, substance abuse assessment, warrantless searches, body testing, letter of apology to each victim, no contact with victims, no contact with co-defendant unless approved by probation officer, $200 fine, court cost, CAAF, DNA sample, 72 hours CSW, also third charges felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny and felony possession of burglary tools, 6-8 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, two years probation, same terms and conditions, also felony forgery of instrument, attempted uttering, felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny, 6-8 months at expiration of second sentence, suspended, two years probation, same terms and conditions.
– Felony obtaining property by false pretense ó Francenia Miller White, 8-10 months, suspended, two years probation to transfer to Mecklenburg County including six months intensive probation and curfew, 72 hours CSW, $200 fine, court cost, CAAF, substance abuse assessment and participate in any treatment recommended, warrantless searches, body testing.
– Felony malicious conduct by prisoner ó Jon Michael Reynolds, guilty by jury, 17-21 months, jail credit, treatment for substance abuse, mental health issues and any other problems recommended, CAAF, also misdemeanor breaking and entering and misdemeanor larceny, 120 days, suspended, 12 months probation, restitution, $200 fine, court cost.
