Salisbury Police are searching for the people who slashed numerous tires in a neighborhood primarily on Marsh and Fulton streets.
About 14 vehicles were vandalized about 4:40 a.m. Tuesday.
A witness saw a man riding a bicycle in the area at the time the damage was discovered. Police have not said whether there is a connection.
No suspects had been arrested Wednesday. Police ask anyone with information to call the department at 704-638-5333.
In other police reports:
– Two juveniles, a boy and a girl, stole a gun from Wal-Mart, 323 S. Arlington St. The pair ran out the store’s front door with the Taurus Soft Air gun when they were approached by store officials about 11:45 a.m. May 27.
– An 18-year-old male reported he was assaulted May 27 as he walked home from a friend’s home along North Church Street.
– Kenneth Carley Thomas reported vandals “keyed” his truck while it was parked at 401 Elm St. May 27.
