Wake Forest graduate
Jenna Suzanne Geier is a recent summa cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem. She received a bachelor of arts degree in biology.
Geier also was inducted into the Wake Forest chapter of Phi Beta Kappa in April.
At Wake Forest, she completed a research fellowship studying DNA Mutagenesis of Drosophila melanogaster and studied Spanish, tropical ecology and marine biology during a semester abroad in Costa Rica.
She was a founding member of Pi Delta Chapter of Delta Zeta Sorority and was spirit chairman and assistant new member education chairman. She was also a volunteer translator for Hispanic OB/GYN patients.
She has accepted a position as an analyst for Premier Healthcare consulting firm in Charlotte.
A 2003 honor graduate of Salisbury High School, she is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Steven Geier of Denver, Colo., and granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Earl Scott of Spencer.
