Farmer’s market meeting
Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a Salisbury-Rowan Farmer’s Market meeting, Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Ag Center in Salisbury.
This meeting is for those participating in the Salisbury-Rowan Farmer’s Market, potential vendors or those who have an interest in direct sales.
Teresa Blackwelder, food inspector for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, will be the featured speaker. Blackwelder will be providing information about selling specialty and other food items at local farmer’s markets.
