Troop 443 Scoutmaster Henry Trexler of Boy Scout Troop 443, which is sponsored by St. John’s Lutheran Church, announces the following results for the troop from Summer Camp 2009:
– First Place: Superior Unit Award, 401 points
– First Place: Best Gateway (second year in a row)
– First Place: Inventor’s Challenge (made a tool to make a hole in a rock)
– First Place: Archaic Adventure Award (biggest challenge)
– First Place: Fishing Tournament (Lake Billings)
– First Place: Ecology Award, Zach Tucker
– First Place: Campsite Inspection (305 points, highest score for the summer)
– Helped with Vespers Services Sunday and Wednesday
– Service Project: Removed all stumps and branches from Campsite 2A
– First Place: Space Exploration Award, Coleman Bergsma
